Exterior process- Pressure washing the house, we use a combination of bleach & TSP (Tri-sodium Phosphate) with water that kills all of the mildew and mold spores on you home. We then sand and scrape areas that need it. We caulk all windows & seal all joints of the home. We then add quality paint to your home to finish the process. (Any rotten wood will be replaced; all of our painting crews have a master carpenter with them)
